We manage various social media sites. Currently we are able to manage X(Twitter), Facebook Business Pages, Instagram and LinkedIn.

How are you posting?
We log in using our own accounts and use an automated scheduling poster that posts as if its your page. Your clients never know if a third party is helping you out. However you will always be able to see what we post.

Do you answer direct messages or comment questions?
Yes we do. We never want to leave your customers hanging. During meetings about campaigns we try to ask all the questions so we know how to answer. We also set up auto response if needed.

What if there are content issues?
We make sure to monitor all posts, comments and replies. Although not perfect in timing we manage to catch any odd or out of context content posted by users. This includes spam and harassment.

Can I advertise on social media?
Yes, we can set up advertising campaigns accross multiple sites. If you need to set up an account to advertise we can do that. From boosting to product sales we help with advertising.

Whats the point of paying, if I have to create the posts, for you to post?
I’m not just an intern scheduling posts; I craft a comprehensive social media strategy that includes creating all content—text and visuals—to promote your brand, products, and services. As my client, you won’t need to create any content. If you have effective existing material, we can easily integrate it into your posting schedule.

How often do you post?
Posting is based on several factors and conditions, and the package you purchase. Some business need to look active on Social Media, other need to have active engagement. Some have a high engagement rate, while others don’t want to engage at all. Ask about our rates.

Can’t I just hire an intern?
You can! But that intern won’t have years of experience and strategy. They won’t understand trends, analytics and growth objectives. Hiring a professional over an intern is the difference between hiring a kid to water your lawn vs a landscaper that understands your tomatoes are different than your roses.

How do I know its all working?
Based on your growth expectations and plan, we will update you monthly or quarterly. We will put all the statistics and analytics into an easy to read report, and go over all of the information. We will also discuss your internal growth, are calls and foot traffic increasing?
